Amy Dawson is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Dawson who Kenan had a crush on. Mr. Dawson was Roger's boss who has an extremely horrible personality so Roger forbids Kenan to date her.
In the end Amy accepts a date from Kenan, but is unable to as her family have to move to Alaska because of her father having a job transfer.
