Twizzles Fizzles is the fourteenth and last episode of the first season of Kenan & Kel, which was first broadcast on January 17, 1997.
Summary[]
Roger's prized sulphur-crested cockatoo, Twizzles, is left in the care of Kenan and Kel while Roger and Sheryl are out of town for the weekend. However, Twizzles passes away due to Kenan's and Kel's negligence, causing them to panic.
Attempting to keep from Roger and Sheryl from finding out, the boys go to a pet shop and find a cockatoo that looks exactly like Twizzles, but it costs $95. They then go to Rigby's and convince Chris to lend them the money, unknowingly leaving the shoebox containing Twizzles's corpse in the process.
After Kenan and Kel return home with the lookalike, Kel brings the bird out of its cage to interact with it, leading the bird to escape through Kenan's open bedroom window. After panicking once again, Roger and Sheryl call Kenan to say that they're returning home earlier than planned and ask him to pick up some groceries at Rigby's. Prior to leaving, he and Kel spread bird seed throughout the house in a last-ditch effort attempt to attract the lookalike bird back. When Kenan returns, the cockatoo comes back, but the bird seed has also attracted dozens of other birds, mostly pigeons and chickens.
Meanwhile, Roger and Sheryl stop by Rigby's on their way home, where Roger discovers the shoebox containing Twizzles's corpse. Back home, Kenan captures the cockatoo. Just then Sheryl and Roger return home, and Kenan shows Roger the lookalike cockatoo, attempting to pass it off as Twizzles. The episode ends when Roger, visibly enraged, holds up Twizzles's corpse, causing Kenan and Kel to quickly run away.

Kel: What was I suppossed to do, go fly out and get him? People can't fly!
